SALAR DE UYUNI TREKKING CLIMBING EXPEDITION
ABS03 Uyuni Salt Desert and Climbing Volcanoes of the South Lipez Desert 12/11N
Day 1: Arrival in La Paz:
Arrival in the city of La Paz. Our guide and driver will welcome you and transfer to the centrally located hotel in La Paz. Free time for resting, and get used to the high altitude.
AABT01 Trek on the Royal Mountain Range 15D/14N
A great trip that permits close encounter with the Aymara people. Enjoy the highlands of unspoiled nature, its flora and fauna. This wonderful trek runs along the western and eastern sides of the Cordillera Real de Bolivia, an amazing mountain range that stretches for about 160km from the Illampu-Ancohuma massif in the northwest end to the Illimani peak on the south.
AABT02 Trekking Apolobamba Range 12D/10N
The Apolobamba Mountain Range is located northwest of Lake Titicaca, and crosses the border into Peru. This rarely visited mountain range and mystical due to the search of the Paititi (El Dorado), is one of the most extraordinary areas in Bolivia, and due to its fauna and flora and eco-systems of amazing beauty not yet well discovered.

ABT04 Sajama National Park (From La Paz) 4D/3N
Sajama National Park is covering approximately an extension of 100000 hectares. Established as National Park in 1942, this wonderful area contains the highest forest in the world, the queñua tree (polylepis tarapana) which grows up to an altitude of 5200m.

TOUR 1 Salar de Uyuni (from Uyuni) 1 day
Starting from the town of Uyuni, we will take you along the impressive Salt Desert with our first visit to Colchani, a typical artisanal salt extracting village. Then we continue towards the Salar de Uyuni itself where we visit The Island Incahuasi, an interesting hilly outcrop in the middle of the salt desert.
TOUR 2 Salar de Uyuni (from Uyuni) 2 days / 1 night
In the morning our guide and transport will be waiting for you at the airport (or we pick up you from your hotel). They will greet you and then immediately start the drive south towards the train cemetery where we make a short stop to see the remains of nineteenth and early 20th century steam locomotives which were used for the mining industry of Uyuni and Potosi.
TOUR 3.A Salar de Uyuni – Laguna Colorada/Verde – Hito Cajon 3D/2N
Day 1: Uyuni – Salar de Uyuni – Villa Candelaria.
In the morning we depart from the city of Uyuni towards the flat salt deserted areas of the Salar de Uyuni. Our first stop will be at the small community of Colchani which lies beside the Salar de Uyuni and it is home of the Cooperative Rosario – the main plant for the iodisation of salt.
TOUR 3.B Hito Cajón - Laguna Verde – Laguna Colorada - Uyuni 3D/2N
Day 1: Hito Cajon – Laguna Colorada (or Ojos de Perdiz – Hotel Tayka del Desierto).
In the morning our transport and guide will be waiting for you at Hito Cajon, the bordering post between Chile and Bolivia. From here we start our first day drive towards Laguna Colorada.
TOUR 4 Salar de Uyuni – Laguna Colorada – Laguna Verde 4D/3N Starting from Uyuni.
Day 1: Uyuni – Mallku.
In the morning we depart from the city of Uyuni towards the town of Mallku. Our first stop will be at the Train Cemetery where you can see the remains of nineteenth and early 20th century steam locomotives. Then we continue our drive south, to the historical town of San Cristobal.
